Hello

My name is Elyssa Hilton. I’m an all-around creative with experience in animation, advertising, puppetry, and stage productions. I have a deep love of commercial architecture and roadside ephemera, especially diners and neon.

I was born and raised in New Jersey and now live in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. In the previous part of my career, I was an animation freelancer on a variety of projects, from explainer videos to commercials, pilots, and television series. The places I’ve lived in and traveled through are the biggest influences on my work, and I believe in using your powers for good.

Today, I am actively working with the Schuylkill River Heritage Center in Phoenixville to restore The Phoenix Wheel, which spent the majority of its life at Palace Amusements in Asbury Park, NJ. When completed, it will stand over the town where it was forged in 1895 and take its place as the oldest ferris wheel in the world.

In my spare time, I enjoy birdwatching or playing Old-Time tunes with my fiddle and friends.
